First edition of Last Seen Wearing, published by Macmillan in 1976, signed by Colin Dexter on the title page. The second book in the Morse series, following Last Bus to Woodstock, establishing the character and style that would define Dexter’s career.

A near fine copy in the publisher’s cloth, the dust jacket bright and unclipped with only light wear to the edges. Pages clean and evenly toned, as usual with Macmillan’s paper stock.

A desirable signed example of Dexter’s second Morse novel, increasingly scarce in collectible condition.
