Refund policy

We have a fourteen (14) day returns policy, which means you have fourteen (14) days after your order has been delivered to your chosen delivery address to request a return.

We cannot accept refunds if the item has been delivered but you haven't inspected it until after the fourteen (14) day window. Once an item has been safely received at the delivery location you have requested, the item is considered yours and after fourteen (14) days isn't eligible for a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.

To start a return, you can contact us at oliver@baylissbooks.co.uk. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If you have arranged to collect directly from me, at a time and a place convenience to you, please note, that if this is after fourteen (14) days, you will not be eligible for a refund. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged in any way.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
