Sean Connery | 1962, rare original photograph taken on the set of Dr. NO, framed.

£8,500.00 GBP

This oversized, candid double-weight photograph of the iconic Sean Connery, taken on the set of the first James Bond film, Dr. No, is exceptionally rare. Taken by Herman Leonard, one of the most sought-after Jazz photographers due to his dramatically lit, smoky images, Leonard was an interesting choice for film photographer. Clearly he was the right choice as this shot of Sean Connery relaxing with a cigarette in-between takes is nothing short of iconic and a seriously unique item. This is the only known printing - you won’t find this in any other collection.
